Once the return request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 15 business days.

Refunds will be as credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time (usually 5-10 business days) to reflect the refund in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

5. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping : In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Herbal Saathi will cover the return shipping cost.

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: If the refund is requested for reasons other than damaged or defective products, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
