2. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Carriers : We partner with trusted shipping carriers like Shipway, ShipMozo,ShipRocket,Big ship, DTDC, Blue dart, India Post,Delhivery,E commerce, Amazon,Flipkart etc. to deliver your orders.
Delivery Times : The delivery time depends on the shipping address and the shipping method selected. Generally, delivery may take anywhere from 1 to 15 business days from the date of shipment for most orders within India. International shipments may take longer, depending on the destination.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Within India : 1 to 15 business days.
International : 4 to 5 weeks (depending on the country).
Shipping Areas : We currently ship to All over India and other some Countries ,For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping : Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. You will see the shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.
International Shipping : International shipping costs will vary based on the destination country, weight, and size of the package.
Free Shipping : We offer free shipping on orders above Rs 999 within India.
4. Order Tracking

5. Delivery Delays

Damaged Orders : If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item, and we will initiate a return or replacement process.
Lost Orders : If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment and resolve the issue.
